I HAD A DREAM !!!!!!!!! and the dream came
true.
When Jim Schwichtenberg walked in at Lakeview Lanes on Sunday morning he told me I HAD A DREAM last night
that we were going to have our first repeat winner of the tournament. What Jim didn't tell me that he was going to be the one.
Well Jim I guess sometime dreaming is a good thing.
After starting out with a 187 game, Jim must have decided to start bowling or else his dream would have been just a mirage.
Jim defeated another previous winner Bill Poff 235 to 194 to take home first place of $410.00.
Bill had to settle for second place and $205.00. Bill also received $25.00 for being hi qualifier.
Third place went to new comer Lee Spiva $135.00. Henry Maldonado was forth $75.00 and Carey Hofmann fifth $54.00.
We had a very unusual high scoring day as it took + 93 to make the cut.
Congratulation to Greg Waldon for his 300 game.
This tournament drew 23 entries (during state tourney) with 4 new faces.
Our nex event will be June 28th at AMF SHAE LANES
